If you are anywhere near our area you will not want to miss this event!

The LaserTouchOne

Join us at our Open House on June 13 and 14, 2012 as we welcome the creator of the LaserTouchOne, Dr. Okky Oei, who will be demonstrating this revolutionary, alternative pain-relief device. On June 13 from 1pm-5pm and June 14 from 10am-2pm, we will be showcasing a new FDA approved, non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical pain relief device, the LaserTouchOne™ at two locations: West Allis (1444 S. 113th Street) and Racine (1143 Warwick Way), Wisconsin.

During the event, Dr. Okky Oei, developer of the LaserTouchOne will be providing free demonstrations and answering questions about pain and the device.

Cindy Ciardo, owner of KHS, first learned about the LaserTouchOne at a medical conference where the device was demonstrated on someone suffering from severe chronic arthritis.  Ciardo stated, “I was amazed by the results of this demonstration, and realized that this product would serve our clientele well.”  Ciardo also stated, “We believe the LaserTouchOne is the perfect tool to help those in pain.”

Ciardo states, “We planned this event just in time for Father’s Day, because we think the LTO is the perfect way to tell dad how much you care.” KHS will be offering a 10% discount on the LTO during this event.

Doctors, nurses and alternative healers have already seen how this break-through technology is capable and proven to accelerate the healing process of severe injuries and other causes of chronic pain. Now KHS clients will be able to experience the relief provided by LaserTouchOne’s cold laser and micro-current technology.

Low Level Laser Therapy (aka cold laser) is a well-established therapy for pain relief and the rehabilitation of numerous injuries. The laser light penetrates tissue where it is absorbed by cells and effectively stimulates healing and rapid pain relief.

Micro-Current Electrical Stimulation stimulates the production of endorphins, which are the body’s natural pain relievers. As a result, local physiological changes become evident, namely muscle relaxation and improved circulation. When this occurs, oxygen flows more freely and promotes natural healing.

This new device is effective in the treatment of

  • Neck pain
  • Back pain
  • Hip and knee pain
  • Foot, ankle and leg pain
  • TMJ/jaw pain
  • Muscle tension
  • Tendonitis/bursitis
  • Sprains, strains and soft tissue swelling
  • Tennis and golf elbow

Treatments last no longer than two minutes per area and can be done multiple times per day, as needed. This safe and non-invasive way to reduce pain can also increase range of motion and restore function.

Arizona’s Major League Baseball team, the Diamondbacks, have recently increased their usage of the LaserTouchOne as part of their physical therapy regime. Marketed by Scottsdale, AZ-based Renewal Technologies, the over-the-counter, handheld device is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for relieving acute and chronic pain and promoting the body’s natural healing process at the cellular level.

Bumps, bruises, strains and other contusions are extremely common among professional athletes and the teams’ athletic trainers were seeking something to augment therapy so the players could heal quickly and return to peak performance; very recently they acquired three of the devices to incorporate into the team’s physical therapy routine. Specifically, they use the LaserTouchOne to focus on trigger points surrounding the problem area.

If you can’t make the event, call us to make an appointment or come as a walk-in, but do come in to see this device that you can easily apply to yourself. Let us help you live your life the way you want to!
